Community Spring Yard Sale

Saturday, April 14th, 7am-12pm
Clean out your closets, garage & attics and join is in our community yard sale with Durant trails, Simm's Branch & Alyson Pond. Raindate is the following Saturday, April 21st 7am-12pm. Advertisement will be in the N&O and craigslist. We will place some signs at the enterances of the neighborhood, but you are encouraged to make individual signs for your sale. Happy Selling!

Halloween Costume Parade & Block Party!

Saturday, October 27th, 5pm
Join us in this Spooktacular gathering of fun! We kick of our block party with a costume party through the neighborhood followed by a Fall themed Block Party. Giant inflatable slide, food, beverage and games will be provided. We end the night with a special showing of The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown with hot cocoa & popcorn.
