Aside from many social committees we have in our neighborhood we also have many 'extra' special events that the social committee coordinates.  Some of these extra special events include our Spring & Fall Community Yard Sales, 4th of July Parade & Ice Cream Social, Halloween Parade and Party, the Spring Block Party, Holiday Cookie Exchange & Caroling & Christmas Eve Lummunarria & Santa Visit.
